A principal of Caplan Law Firm, P.A., Allan Caplan spent six years prosecuting major felonies and white collar crimes as an Assistant Hennepin County Attorney During his 32-year career. In 1983, Mr. Caplan formed Caplan Law Firm, P.A., one of the largest criminal defense firms in the Midwest, with six lawyers representing clients in criminal law matters, both locally and nationally. Caplan Law Firm Announces the Addition of Robert Lengeling

The Caplan Law Firm, P.A., is proud to announce the addition of Attorney Robert Lengeling who has earned a reputation as an aggressive criminal defense trial attorney in federal and state court.

Since graduating from the University of South Dakota School of Law, Robert Lengeling has represented his clients with a keen interest in each client’s specific needs. Robert began his career as a law clerk in Alexandria, Minnesota before to moving to Iowa to join a general practice firm. In addition, Robert has argued several cases before the Eight Circuit Court of Appeals, Minnesota Court of Appeals, and the Iowa Court of Appeals. During the past two years, Robert has practiced solely in Minnesota. He has obtained acquittals in jury trials and favorable results in his appellate cases.
