FROM THE NORTH:
I-94 East towards downtown Minneapolis. Take the 4th Street exit. Take a right on 1st Avenue (which is shortly after the exit ramp turns into 4th Street. Get into the left lane on 1st Avenue. Just past 5th Street (where the light rail ends), there will be an open parking lot on your left. Enter the lot about half-way into the next block on the left-hand side of the street. Our office building is kitty-corner across the street to the East. It's a 10 story red stone building on the corner of 5th Street and Hennepin Avenue (the light rail goes right past our building).

I-35W South towards downtown Minneapolis. Take the Washington Ave. exit (Exit 17C). Turn right onto Washington Ave. Continue on Washington Ave. past Nicollet Mall and Hennepin Ave. and take a left on 1st Ave. N. Get into the left lane. Go 3 blocks. Just past 5th Street (where the light rail ends), there will be an open parking lot on your left. Enter the lot about half-way into the next block on the left-hand side of the street. FROM THE SOUTH:
I-35W North towards Minneapolis. Merge onto MN-65 N via the exit on the left toward Downtown Exits. Take a slight left onto S. 5th Avenue exit. Follow 5th Avenue to 7th Street and take a left. Take a right on Hennepin Avenue and stay in left lane. Stay on Hennepin for 3 blocks. Take a left on 3rd Street and another left on 1st Avenue. Get into the left lane. Go 2 blocks. Just past 5th Street (where the light rail ends), there will be an open parking lot on your left. Enter the lot about half-way into the next block on the left-hand side of the street. FROM THE EAST:
I-94 West towards Minneapolis. Take the 11th Street exit. When completing exit, veer to the left and stay on 11th Street. Get in right lane and go straight on 11th Street to Hennepin Avenue. Take a right on Hennepin Avenue and get into the left lane. Stay on Hennepin for 8 blocks. Take a left on 3rd Street and another left on 1st Avenue. Get into the left lane. Go 2 blocks. Just past 5th Street (where the light rail ends), there will be an open parking lot on your left. Enter the lot about half-way into the next block on the left-hand side of the street. I-394 East towards downtown Minneapolis. Take the 4th St N exit and follow around to merge onto 4th Street. Take a right on 1st Avenue (which is shortly after the exit ramp turns into 4th Street.
